Uni's Gun
This gun is a model of Uni’s gun from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series.
The polygon count for the model was 3256.
The software used for modelling was 3DS Max and the software used for texturing was Photoshop. The render images were taken in Unreal Engine.
First was planning the texture and dividing the model into individual pieces.
First, I built the outer frame of the gun.
Next, I built the inner parts of the gun and the barrel-like object.
Next, I built the middle part.
Then, I built the back which included the trigger and handle.
Then, I built the last bit at the bottom.
Then I unwrapped my model and made my texture. After applying the texture, I fixed the visible issues and proceeded to apply the texture to the cloned parts.
